Sorry, confirmed same bug in all Mir servers. So it's not a Mir or
Unity8 bug. It's either a bug in neverball or libsdl2 (possibly still
bug 1460149 not fixed)

This might also be bug 1460149, which while "Fix Released" never got

I think this might be the same compositing bug as 1510386 where Unity8
doesn't yet render RGBX correctly (it interprets the X as A instead of
ignoring it).
Can you please try running neverball in mir_proving_server or
mir_demo_server_* ?
