It's my fault. I was misled into thinking that LP: #1591503
@cosmos-door, the apparmor configuration is shipped in apparmor package
instead (2.10.95-4ubuntu2 in yakkety), so this can be dropped.
I'm curious why you don't want the translations to be stripped since
mozc is in main and translations are handled by launchpad and language
packs.
