Some more information, with changed report: The asus I have has only one fan for the CPU and GPU, and a shared heatsink. When I am fully utilizing the GPU and CPU, the fan runs at 4000 rpm max. I see the following messages in dmesg: "powercap intel-rapl:0: package locked by BIOS, monitoring only"
