Similar happens in Linux Mint 19 system with no Bluetooth devices. In Settings/Bluetooth, I have no Bluetooth devices and all settings are set to "off". In output of journalctl, I see this while booting: pulseaudio[2770]: [pulseaudio] bluez5-util.c: GetManagedObjects() failed:
