was availible with rt2500pci driver. I now use ndiswrapper
(had troubles but latest version works) but i will revert
to rt2500 to report information about rt2500 in Hardy

I would, too, like to have this bug fixed. With an Intel ipw3945
wireless card I get full speed, but with a rt2500 chipset (rt2x00) only
1mb/s. But the rt2500 (with the rt2500 driver) card is in Gutsy faster
than my ipw3945 card,

i'm too having this problem. after changing from 2.6.22 to 2.6.24 wlan
with rt2500 based card stopped working. i also tried a fresh hardy
install with 2.6.24 kernel. result being the same. added linux-
source-2.6.24 and system infos as attachment.
