So another thought: The problem came back after rebooting, but I noticed
that I had the "Arduino web plugin" installed still, and it had
automatically started itself at boot. I uninstalled it and rebooted, and
the problems went away again and haven't returned.

Whoa, I didn't expect it to do that. I just came back to inform whoever
may be interested, that the problem is solved when I remove the official
Arduino IDE. after uninstalling ONLY that and rebooting, the errors do
not appear again. I installed it by downloading the official zip file
for 1.8.9,
Ok, it went through this time, but in the end it said that it couldnt
find an app related to "Linux". But I sent it to the developers. I'll
update the description now.

I just did a fresh install of Vanilla 19.04, so it's not happening just

collect. Report back soon.
Also, I don't have an apcups, and when I tried to search for the daemon
prior to the fresh install, it wasn't there.
