@Hui, You are right: once "dummy speech dispatcher" is closed the volume slider starts to work again. The problem is that it's not immediately obvious how to close those dummy dispatchers. I had to close Firefox (closing just discord webpage didn't help). And even more so - it's absolutely not

I just reproduced it and it is easy to reproduce, and I think this is a new design on purpose in the gnome. If there is no other audio apps (sink-inputs in the pulseaudio) than "System Sounds" (#7), the adjustment volume slider will produce sound to indicate the current output volume. If there

Hello, I tried to narrow down the possible triggers of the above-described bug. I think the bug is triggered by KeePassXC - it's reproducible and happens every time ONLY when I use Keepass to enter my credential on certain webpages in Firefox (perhaps it has something to do with Firefox, too).
