Thanks Joseph for filing the bug and making Ubuntu better. Looks like
cloud-init hasn't come up yet or isn't properly detecting the datasource
on this machine/environment.
Please attach the the cloud-init.tar.gz from cloud-init collect-logs to
this bug if possible.

Hi Joseph, looking at the logs it seems that the `cloud-id` command
failed. That command is actually provided by `cloud-init`. What is the
output of running:
