Based on the package history in Ubuntu [1], it looks like it was removed
in Hirsute because one of its dependencies failed to build. Not sure if
this is the invalid bug referenced above, but the issue seems to have
been resolved since then.
The good news is that a newer version has been packaged
I'm not sure, whether it was right to add needs-packaging tag, as the
package is already present and actively maintained at Debian.
