I left this as "Fix Committed" as the package that once migrated to the
release pocket was removed and the package awaiting migration is still
in the proposed pocket. The fix is not released yet, as it was
unreleased.

As I noted in testcase comment
at terminal I killed lubuntu-installer-prompt & I had a normal LXQt
session appear...
At last resort (this issue maybe very rare; if its not transitory..) we
can document how to kill lubuntu-installer-prompt as I did on
discourse.. no need to mention in release
