But Companies depend on LTS (now it's Hardy). Therefore as Hardy doesn't
have it, we should fix ASAP.

I suggest closing this pending the introduction of Xen-0 ops in mainline
Linux. This is a bug, but backports to fix it are only the tip of the
iceberg, unless of course said fixes close several others for that
kernel .. but with Xen-0 so close to mainline (xenfs aka
/proc/xen/xenbus is now in

Server with Xeon X3320 (Quad Core)

cpu MHz : 2493.804
cache size
xm list-vcpus shows the proper output. Guests that have no implicit cpus
assigned but have multiple vcpus are being balanced over cpu 0 - 3,
guests that have cpus assigned are confined to the assigned cpus.
I don't think this is a Xen bug, I would more suspect 2.6.24-19-xen
itself.
