Also, do you have write permissions

be kdebase-kde4)
To be honest, your chances of getting it fixed may not be that great.
Intrepid will offer only KDE4, which doesn't seem to have that problem.

i am using DolPhin to open my programs and when i cut files or Directory's and
paste it on another location
i cut with CTRL+x and paste with CTRL+v.
