Jonathan, it works well here. I assume what you observe is due to the
disk space constraint. Would it be possible for you to try it with 5GB
free?

Jonathan, the low disk space might certainly be a reason, but I am downloading
the ISO right now to confirm.
In the meantime can you please boot in verbose mode (press ESC at boot after
"Kubuntu") and provide the syslog when ubiquity fails? More points if you can
add "set -x" in /bin/autopartit
This install was on a disk without the required 5GB free space so it may
be due to low disk space.
