Good points.
.po files are shipped with Sugar activities on the OLPC XO, in the
theoretical hope that teh childrenz!!1! will be able to fix bad
translations themselves and that some peer-to-peer translation
distribution mechanism would be developed. That's definitely out of
scope for Ubuntu, so
Updated diff.gz, which doesn't require repacking the upstream tarball.
I've added the evince and gnone-python-desktop deps.

Please note that this was not shipped for intrepid because upstream
depended on non-upstream patches for evince which have now landed in
evince and gnome-python-desktop so we can ship it again.
