So we call glXGetFBConfigAttrib (display, fbConfigs[j], GLX_Y_INVERTED_EXT, value); to see if we should flip the y axis when drawing or not, apparently due to the different hardware in the host vs the client this is not working correctly. I can't see of a way around this though, except for each of
