By "needs packaging" I just meant that that is the standard title for
these bugs. They should still be filed against Ubuntu like this bug.

specific issue. GIMP is already included by default in Ubuntu, so I am
not sure what that one is doing on the list. Most others such as
Scribus, Inkscape, Dia, GnuCash, Audicty, and Maxima are available for
Ubuntu simply by searchi
