I don't think this has to do with orca specifically, but just the
assistive technologies support. Please try without any actual assistive
technologies running, but still with assistive technologies enabled, and
feel free to re-enable this task if this only happens with orca running.

Yes, and it seems the method to trigger it is still similar. I once
tried the 'assistive technologies' menu, and has regretted it every
since :-) After doing that, to reproduce the bug:
1. Start a freash firefox-3
2. Go directly to the bookmarks menu and click on it. It will open a
bookmark dialo
Is this still an issue in Intrepid?
