I added a context menu to the treeview that allows to select all or none
update.
This will be fixed for edgy only.
Waiting for mvo to merge and upload.

No it's not. Modem users or beta tester do not always want to install
all updates at the same time. So we are only talking about temporarly
disabling updates. I plan to add a check/uncheck all function in a
context menu. But I won't place any additional buttons in the main
window for this rare use
If all updates are supposed to be applied, don't show the window to
select them. Why let users select if you force them to update
everything? There is something wrong with this idea.
