Applied the workaround patch right now, bug fixed. Able to connect to a hidden WPA2 without problems. For those people where it didn't work out: I had to reboot with the new patch, remove all the old connections and create a new hidden connection. After doing that once, it works like a charme.

Tim, looks like your correct. The Connect button doesn't get enabled because the key hasn't been retrieved when this dialog is displayed. I have always used this dialog with Connection set to New. I enter my AP details, and NM seems to do the right thing ( ie. it makes a connect attempt, and
