If you really want to use one, you can use the icon attached. I edited
the default icon with gimp and came up with this. this isoc uses
Ubuntu-mono-dark hues.

I disagree. Quoting Jimmac[1] (talking about notification icons) "I
suggest the icons look different to regular application launchers or
applets since they behave differently and their primary purpose is to
inform. Having simplistic, greyscale icons would work quite well I would
say."
