ok. i'm having the same issue. i'm trying to clean my system because
a problem with scrollkeeper. after i've uninstalled a lot of orphaned
packages i'm getting this error.
at this point it seems related to something with locales or an automatix
installed software.
if i've managed to find more
seems to be solved upstream...
