Yes, this is just the information I was looking for, I just need to go
through the log and see what is going on. I will let you know if I need

In Lucid on every system start, NetworkManager makes a delay before it
connects
to wireless network. Sometimes it takes 5 second, sometimes about 30. This
behavior
is annoying especially when I want to browse
apport-collect output taken after nm finally connected.
WifiSyslog.txt shows 17 sec time gap which is probably the gap I see.
