Front mic set to zero and the rear to 33 and worked the first time, the
restart was lost forever the microphone.

@zeis, now that you can run alsamixer (use the "alsamixer" terminal
command), you can use that to turn your volumes up, and to select input
source, in case gnome-volume-control doesn't do that correctly for you.
You need to turn up "front mic" and "front mic boost", e g (or "rear

Found fix,
in /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf, add
options snd-hda-intel model=generic
but I do not like, I can not use the other channels.
