Sorry I took so long to reply. This issue does not happen often, so it took
this long for me to catch another occurrence.
I had Thunderbird open, partly overlapped by Firefox with the Skype main window
on top of Thunderbird.
When a skype video call ended, and the video call window closed,
do you get the same behavior using Natty? Please test and comment back,
thanks.

Today:
I had Update Manager on top of Thunderbird, with focus on Thunderbird.
I started Firefox. Firefox needed to update Ghostary. I clicked on ok. When the
update window disappeared, Thunderbird jumped on top of Update Manager. Then
