Sorry I took so long to reply. This issue does not happen often, so it took
this long for me to catch another occurrence.
I had Thunderbird open, partly overlapped by Firefox with the Skype main window
on top of Thunderbird.
When a skype video call ended, and the video call window closed, Thunderbird
jumped on top of both Firefox and the skype main window.
So yes this is still a problem. This is running on a clean install of
Ubuntu 11.04 using the default open source drivers for Radeon cards.
