Title:
Hi,
I run clamtk from the Applications menu. From the logs I have details of the
directory which I have attached in the previous remark. There was a virus
detected in a file within the directory which was then quarantined.

Hi James,
Glad to hear the problem is gone. But after looking at the output you
posted, are those really directories? Maybe they are, but you're
getting permissions errors there, which is weird. Did you run ClamTk as
root (or sudo, whatever)? Just wondering.
Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for responding. I have been trying to duplicate the crash, but
without luck. I'm unsure as to why there are directories there (as
ClamTk should only look at regular files), but it would explain why
there is a problem.
I will add another check in that process to ensure the area(s) dea
Correction:

Hi,
The first thing that sticks out is that there is no "s.pm" file in
ClamTk. Was that copied and pasted right? I'm guessing that it is
supposed to be Prefs.pm. Have you quarantined any files?
Also, can you try upgrading to 4.30 to see if the problem still exists?
Thanks,
