Thank you for your information. I checked intl.accept_langages.
Problem machine: chrome://global/locale/intl.properties
Reinstalled (not problem) machine: ja, en, en-US
It seems that first three letters of chrome was used as
as language code. Because problem machine use Firefox Sync
Closing the Firefox task, as this isn't a browser bug

The google
Oops, wrong bug. In any case, this is because your intl.accept_languages
is set to the wrong value. A few people have hit this, but I can't
recreate it (and we definitely don't set it to a wrong value by
default). I'm not sure whether people are running a particular extension
which messes this up.
Since last update, now it's ok to pt_BR language.

Reproduced in Japanese.
Procedure.
1. Open firefox in your locale(my lang code=ja).
2. Input any word and enter in top-right google search box.
3. Displayed search result, and it seems that UI is Cherokee(lang code=chr)
4. Click Google logo
5. Check URL, it is http://www.google.com/webhp?hl=chr
