The MSI Wind seems to use the same webcam as my Asus EEEPC: Genesys Logic 05e3:0505 It actually is detected (just type the lsusb command in the terminal) but it doesn't work with more recent kernel versions (I tried Ubuntu 11.04, 11.10, Fedora 15, Meego 1.2) Here is the link to the bug report I
