I cannot check what version I was running, but I just now reproduced
the issue on an installation with 3.8.10 and 3.8.14, I will update and
report again.
It happens only with autohide launcher, and I have been able to
reproduce it with netBeans docks, not other draggables (my bad for not
checkin
I cannot reproduce this issue. Could you confirm that you're running
Unity 3.8.16 and have all the other updates installed? At the time of
filing this bug, you were using Unity 3.8.12 . Please upgrade and try
again, it should hopefully fix it.
