What is exactly your problem now? It is normal that there is only one
instance of cupsd running. Your error_log shows print jobs which seem to
have completed successfully. If you have failed print jobs with nothing
or wrong printouts coming out, please try to reproduce them getting an
error_log as
I have tried removing single D, I also tried with my laptop having ubuntu

There is a single "D" in the first line of your /etc/cups/cupsd.conf.
Edit your cupsd.conf removing the line with the single "D". The restart
CUPS with "sudo restart cups". Does printing work for you now?
Restart the daemon of your printer driver with "sudo /etc/init.d/ccpd
restart". Check cupsd.c
