I am having problems with my graphics performance and was wondering if it is the same problem as bug? I have an Intel Mobile 915GM/PM/GMS and 910GML Express. I am using Ubuntu 8.04. Basically, everything looks ok but when I run Google Earth (etc.), it is extremely choppy. Does anyone know how

I'm now using Ubuntu 7.10. The new default driver is intel experimental and not i810 anymore. Unfortunally the problem still exists. A nice test is the pointblast demo from mesa demos where you can switch point smooth on or off (I maximize the window, otherwise the software-renderer is too
