The "D" is for "Show desktop". It looks like the shortcut is actually
supposed to be Windows key + D, which matches the keyboard shortcut on
Windows.

Honestly, I'm not as familiar with the Ctrl+Alt+M shortcut, either Win
That doesn't work on my machine. In fact the only command that still
works is ctrl+alt+l for lock screen. Why would it be D? Its been M for
so long.
