The Reinteract application [1] uses these icons to indicate the status of
Python source code displayed in a tab:
gtk-ok (16x16 missing for this one)
gtk-refresh
gtk-apply
gtk-dialog
Whenever the status changes to successfully executed, the gtk-ok icon
is used. Since 16x16 is missing for that

Since we're considering the human-theme update to use 16,16px buttons
sizes by default, can we escalate this bug?
As a minimum, we need the following icons to be provided with 16,16px
icons:
Human/16x16/actions/dialog-ok.png
Human/16x16/actions/gtk-ok.png
Without these icons, the
More, when you insert a dvd and check out totem's file menu:
media-eject.png
gnome-dev-disc-dvdrom.png
The other gnome-dev icons may need smaller icons somewhere, I suppose? I
wouldn't know.

Re-opening, found one I missed before because Deluge is now using it
24x24/actions/dialog-ok.png
Needs a scaled down 16x16/actions/dialog-ok.png
When using Tangerine or Tango, a proper size icon is used, but when
using Human, an oversized dialog-ok is used.

Yes, I think that's all.
However (and I'm not sure if I should file a seperate bug for this or
not), the new 16x16 icons appear to be just resized while the old 16x16
icons seem to be manually tweaked so they look good at such a low
resolution. You can see this if you right click in nautilus, the
Good eye :-) Because we do not have all of the vector data I had to
improvise on a few parts. The only other way to do it would be to redraw
all of them which would take way too much time.

I have found a new one - go-home.png shows in Epiphany's Go menu,
smallest available size is 22x22.

It's not a bug in gtk, as this icon is supposed to be used for dragging
multiple objects with the cursor only, hence the name gtk-dnd-multiple.png and
it only need to exist in 32x32. Too bad gaim misuse this icon (and some others
it seems) for totally different things that they were designed
I've reported the bug to Gaim upstream and attached a bug watch to bug
103030, thanks Andreas

For other people who don't want to look it up, the new fixed icons are:
16x16/actions/bookmark-new.png
16x16/actions/dialog-apply.png
16x16/actions/folder-new.png
I'm re-opening because I can see a few more that need to be done:
dialog-error.png (as seen in Gaim, the 'Block' icon)
I have commited 3 16x16 icons (but this will not fix the bug in GAIM).
Unless there are other icons which are missing, this should be fixed.
If there are other missing icons, please add list.

Nevermind dialog-warning.png , it seems to look the right size now for
some reason.
Both of these still need to be done, though:
dialog-error.png (as seen in Gaim, the 'Block' icon)
folder-saved-search.png (as seen in Liferea, the icon for 'Search Folders')

Shows up in Gaim too, the 'View log' icon is HUGE compared to all the
other icons, while the privacy/block icon is only slightly bigger than
the other ones. Maybe the priority should be increased? These are
popping up all over the place.

I disagree with that statement, if it would be a bug it would be a bug
in GTK rather than GAIM because these different icons exist all over
different Gnome applications.

Scaling a bitmap to a smaller size would result in inferior icons, that
is why each icon size in the tango set is designed separately.

The Add Bookmark Icon in Epiphany and other programs is too large. I
notice that it is in the 24x24 size only, and menu icons need to have a
16x16 icon available.
