I'm also having this issue with Ubuntu 11.10 on my Dell Inspiron N5010
with Intel integrated graphics. I don't have a program installed to
capture video but here is a picture. As you can see, the mouse pointer
is over the minimize button, but the close button is highlighted. This

Yes, this is reproducible with the following steps:
1. Snap a window to the left or right side of the desktop
2. Move the mouse over the minimize button's left side
Expected: the minimize button should still be highlighted, and when clicked,
should minimize the window
