I might be affected as well. I have a Toshiba NB550D. Kubuntu 12.04.
What I observe:
1) Charger plugged in, charging, showing charging
2) Take off the low voltage plug from the mobile computer directly - correctly
detected
3) Plug back in - correctly detected
4) Take off the mains plug (low
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
