Record you passphrase notification
With my branch attached to this bug, the dialogue is marked as
translatable and a new .pot will be generated during build as usual.
In my test, the title Record your encryption passphrase is shown as
translated, but still no luck with the description. Strange...

Thanks for your work on this bug. You are right, if the description is
in many lines, then it cannot start in the same line as the Description:
string. This is documented here:
