As I said before, it's extremely erratic and difficult to reproduce. The
contents in /var/run/console looked correct before, compared to what's on my
other functional Ubuntu boxes, and when it's recreated on reboot it's
basically recreated identically as before, but somehow it works when
Patch looks fine, I'll build, test upload soon.

in Dapper my machine could suspend to RAM (sleep) without a problem. I
just upgraded to Edgy and it no longer works.
If I suspend to RAM, it suspends as expected. When I try to resume, the
lights turn on as normal, but the display doesn't wake up and nothing
else happens.

I'm not sure if that's the same issue, or a linked issue, or a different
one. Did you have to select the correct program to open the file (say
the correct media player or editor) each time? Or did it always use the
correct program, but ask for confirmation first?

I am currently fixing the wrong recommended driver in foomatic-db
upstream. So this will get fixed in the next days.
The other problem is a packageing problem of ESP GhostScript in Debian.

I have experienced the same problem on Edgy Knot-3. And you are right
about this bug when it runs with ipw2200. I have downloaded latest cvs
NetworkManager and run it but still experienced the same bug, it seems
to me more like bugs of NetworkManager rather than bug of Ubuntu.

Upstream doesn't support IMAP4v1 and advice to use IMAP. The IMAP4v1
option has been dropped of the default upstream build and from the

issue with your computer? Could you get a backtrace with gdb:
