This is a Kubuntu Edgy system with default install and with up-to date
packages only from edgy-security and edgy-updates. No addons, no
hacks...
If I log out from KDE the system unmounts two data partitions from
/media.
I'm the only normal user on the system, I've never
I have an Intel DG956WH motherboard (G965, GMA X3000). I installed
AMD64 Edgy from cd, using an IDE-USB adapter (handy gadget to have
around).
I had my CRT connected to the VGA port through a KVM during the
install. I have since discovered that the KVM doesn't pass DDC signals,

Yes, You have right, error occur on all pages even simple HTML pages.
However server show directory structure correctly. I downgrade PHP to
5.1.6-1ubuntu3 and everything starts work correctly again.

The above error is fixed: I had edited my /etc/mdadm/mdadm.conf and put a space
at the end of the HOMEHOST line.
I replaced my config file by the one generated by mkconf, it solves this
problem but still does not boot.
The new error message is: mdadm: no devices listed in conf fil were
found

With the new mouting system introduced in dapper, some CD-Drive can't be
mounted correctly.
- On a desktop-CD, it fails on the mounting root file system
- On a alternate/server CD, it fails just after checking for drivers to mount.

I have the same problem on Edgy here. I've install libdvdread3 and
libdvdcss. I can't play the dvd in mplayer, totem, gxine and ogle.
