or ascending/descending/ option. I want to keep 'By Date',
'Descending' option permanently.

Cant this be changed in either /etc/X11/xorg.conf or by running sudo
dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg? maybe look at options in there, Is this
issue only effecting firefox or do you get same results using
epiphany,konq, kazehakase

we don't touch any interface configured in /etc/network/interfaces with
network-manager anymore. This should fix this bug because it was most
likely a side effect mixing ifupdown with network-manager.

Here's my xorg.conf. It contains two screens, the affected screen is
called tv.
BTW, I don't *want* to use the tv-out because its quality is likely to be
inferior. Unless you want me to test it for you, which I can do.

Thank you for your bug. Whatever rhythmbox does xorg should not crash,
that's not a bug of rhythmbox. Do you have easy steps to trigger the
issue? Does it happen every time? Do you have anything to
/var/log/messages /var/log/syslog /var/log/Xorg.0.log about the issue?
