Does anyone have any idea of what packages need to be removed after
manually recovering from a failed upgrade? Every kubuntu box I have
upgraded failed, all of them still have ubiquity, casper, etc...

I have a Compaq TC1100 tablet running Gutsy and a Dell Precision M90
running Gutsy. My printer is a HP Deskjet 460 connected via bluetooth,

It's still broken for me.
If I hibernate using the power manager icon in the notification area, I
am prompted for my password when I resume. If I hibernate using the
usual Quit / Log Out menu, the password prompt is bypassed when I
resume.
Xfce desktop.
Upgraded from Feisty to Gutsy.
I tried running from the terminal firefox -safe-mode and started it in
safe mode. That way Firefox works. So it seems to be a problem with some
addon or similar. Any ideas on how to help troubleshoot further?

Alas, I spoke too soon. I'm not sure exactly when resume works and when
it doesn't, but my current workaround is to switch to a text console
before suspending. On resume, the display will be blank, but switching
to console 7 will produce the right X display.

I run a duel monitor set up and 98% of the time I only have two programs
open and maximized (firefox and quanta), I code on one screen then
switch to the other to test. Some times I forgot which screen has focus
and just randomly start typing to
