One is with the 2.6.22-14 kernel left behind from Gutsy, this is the
only kernel that boots without my messing with ACPI; ethernet works but
Wifi no longer does.
The other dmesg is with the 2.6.24-18 kernel, which will not boot with
ACPI
That's no problem; I don't have Bug Control rights anyways :)

Something else happens to me. I do the second Ctrl-F with the editor open and
find/replace as well, but, instead of focusing the cursor on the text, it
instead makes the Eclipse box in the window list flash as if it were updated or
needs attention and does not focus on the Find/Replace window.

Doing what you suggest occasionally triggers the random bug for me in
RC1, but I never see the menu actually being drawn. It seems that you
_might_ be describing the separate bug only present in beta 5 where the
menu is drawn o
2.6.24-xxx kernels didnt solve my problem with suspend at all. But after
many disillusion I tried to compile 2.6.25.5 vanilla kernel (my first
kernel compilation) with .config file ("make oldconfig") from 2.6.24-18
kernel and everything works like a charm!

I am running munin on a AMD64 box widget op146 AMD CPU, 1G memeory. at

for Appletalk devices, can't find any, and shuts down. It doesn't
reawaken and rescan the network; the daemon must be restarted to recan

it says 1.0.0 but I think it may have more to do with brasero, as I
found another very similar bug for brasero, and it may be re-sorting the
tracks as it receives them from banshee.

Nautilus in 8.04 automounts all my USB keys perfectly, handles files on
them or transfers just fine, and while it appears to dismount them just
fine (right-click -> UnMount Volume) the volume is NOT visually removed
from Nautilus's Tree view.

When connecting my USB camera (Canon Digital IXUS 750) to my computer
via an USB 2.0 port it fails to automount. Before connecting this camera
