Not sure if related, but I was having trouble getting tbird to open
firefox3.5 (/usr/bin/firefox-3.5) instead of firefox (/usr/bin/firefox).
I set system prefs, tbird advanced config, etc., w/o success. I finally
found I had user.js pointing to /usr/bin/firefox (carryover from the
past, I guess).

Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. Unfortunately a paper
cut should be a small usability issue that affects many people and is
quick and easy to fix. I'm afraid this bug can't be addressed as part of
this project.
Since there is no simple/quick fix , this is NOT a papercut.

I installed Gufw. After the installation I clicked on the new installed
menu-item (System - Preferences). I was not able to enable the firewall
nor to make any of the settings (all grey). Then I opened the terminal-
console and entered gufw. A
I have now 2 gufw-icons in my tray. A grey one (firewall is disabled)
and a green one, stating that the firewall is active ???
