I've just discovered the weirdest thing, using any !(class=Gnome-
panel) works as expected: shadows except on the Gnome-panel. Using any
!any seems to have the same effect: shadows except on the Gnome-
panel. any !class=foobar will shows shadows everywhere any
!(class=Gnome) will remove

Same problem here, on a Dell 1535 notebook, with Linux Mint 8 (x64) using

The wireless device is Intel Wireless WiFi link 5100.

Reading the code [1, line 766], it seems I am just misunderstanding the
option. It seems you can only disable shadows on windows which have no
decoration in the first place. Hence the shadow on the panel is effected
while other shadows are not.

Before this I didn't hear anything from my subwoofer (LFE), like in 5.0

For me neither 32-bit nor 64-bit Linux rtl8192se driver performed well
at all in Mint 8. Connection keeps being dropped all the time and I am

I switched over to Debian testing some time ago and have the same error there,
