Hello
After upgrade to Ubuntu 9.10, i have a noise(clac) in my speakers every 10
seconds when working on my PC.
Looking into a forum i found a solution: disable the following line in
/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf
#options
This bug was fixed in the package quassel - 0.5.2-0ubuntu2
---
quassel (0.5.2-0ubuntu2) lucid; urgency=low
* Do not remove quassel user or group when the core is purged (LP: #496015)
- Has the potentil for leaving unowned files on the system and causes
postrm failures
--
This is caused because the package relies upon using the Python with
keyword. For Python 2.6 with is available by default but for Python
2.5 any script that uses with needs to do a future import as the first
line of the script:
from __future__ import with_statement
