Sorry, but I would definitely not tag as kubuntu, I RUN UBUNTU (but I
user konqueror for accessing some webdavs folder).
I agree that me quoting the use of konqueror could have been misleading but

Selecting Edit Preferences Display Disable deinterlacing of

Same here, blacklisted rt2800pci and it works. Happened also with lucid
when I installed 2.6.34, 2.6.35 is the same.
The problem seems to be that the kernel loads both drivers at the same
time. Unloading rt2800pci and loading rt2860sta works fine. Unloading
rt2860sta and loading rt2800pci also

I also have this error. I was able to workaround simply by removing the
~/.config/desktop-couch/desktop-couch.ini file (I actually moved it to
same.old in case I needed it later).
I had just installed a fresh install of 10.04 amd64 version. The old
ini only had the [admins] section, the new one
I've just noticed that the bug is here again. Just that now it's nearly
impossible to tell that THIS is what is causing the problem unless you
boot without splash and quiet, and run 'mountall' as root in verbose
mode. Otherwise you face with mountall: Event failed

I think it will be touch to provide a compelling user experience with
all the syntax details etc by providing users a general form field to
add new providers.
Those that understand the syntax can probably hand edit .ini files
anyway.
However, what I envision is a plugin model that allows users
sorry i got this bug wrong. i dont know if we should go down the road
and make URLs with placeholder fields that when selected users could
fill in. Maybe this just needs some baking in my head though, so stay
tuned ;)
Anyway, I guess having this plugin mechanism from above wouldnt help
you?

I have just made a fresh install of Lucid (not beta) and this bug still
exists. As osfight said, this is very very annoying as I use auto-
completion all the time.

I can reproduce this on Lucid. But what the behavior of mc should be in
such a case??? Right now it shows the question mark and highlights the
file with red. Some date has to be present, because that's how UI works.
Same applies to broken links (prefixed with ! character).
