This is a bug in the libssl package; it doesn't tell us why it failed,

Fresh 10.10 install. This bug crashes chromium so much I switched to
Midori for a month.
It's not uncommon for me to stat chromium 7 times in one minute just
hoping it won't crash immediately after the 5th time or so. Usually I'm
not that lucky.

The thing is, apparently linux-backports-modules-wireless-maverick-
generic has been replaced by a missing package. The linux-backports-
modules-wireless-maverick-generic package was the one to install to make
it always get the newest linux-backports-modules-
wireless-version-generic (e.g.
I looked ever-so-briefly at banshee itself, and I noticed that
debian/copyright nicely lists copyright statements, but has no license
information at all except for some CC stuff for the help. The source
