it the first time it prompts to install. When you run it after
installing, it prompts to uninstall first.
So the bug is that ubiquity is placing Wubi in the Windows startup

This work around works for me when the bug hits: Use Ctrl-Alt-F1 to get
a text login prompt and login as the same user that you were using with
Unity/Gnome. Use top to find the process number of the screensaver
process. It will likely be at the top of the list as it will be running
98-100% CPU
I would prefer to be able to assign super-t to opening a terminal. Much
more useful then trash imho

full-screen mode.
There is no such problem on Ubuntu 11.04/Unity because the standard maximized
mode takes the same amount of space as fullscreen mode.
