The failsafe job is meant to inform the user that the system is waiting
for the network to come up, and start the runlevel if a timeout is
reached.
However, the 'stop on runlevel' does *not* work as designed, because all
the activity here is done in the pre-start script

Is the build failing only on amd64 and can you reproduce it? as I tried
the same on my updated i386 pbuilder and I was not able to reproduce
FTBFS

With file outgoings open, switch to chart on sheet2.
Doubleclick chart so as to modify.
Click format and the screenshot is the result.
