I also use this now and this works fine for me and in the Menu there is
also this app Hardware and Benchmarks, which gives the same Information
too. So sysinfo is no longer needed.

expect typing the word python into a console to change, right? I'd be
dumbfounded if that happened to me and I wasn't watching carefully what
I was installing.

python command, but adds an ipython command instead. However,
applications can optionally choose to embed ipython shells (when ipython
is available) and otherwise fallback to regular python shell. This is
what Django and Scrapy do.
I'd like to point out that I am seeing data corruption events due to
this issue. It appears that once the files are mangled they cannot be
decrypted and end up showing up as null. This is a very serious problem
as there is no way to retrieve the data.

I actually ported the patch to gcc for Lucid and Maverick, then added a
PPA containing these compilers (ppa://cafuego/lucid-gcc) and used them
to successfully build Inkscape on Lucid and Maverick i386.

At the moment of reporting, 2011-08-24, I was running Natty (and still
am), because Oneiric hadn't been released yet. After not getting any
feedback for a long time, I gave up and switched to classic gnome. Plus,
if I remember correctly, Unity-2d on Natty hasn't received any updates
recently, so I

accordion mode as well. Since launchers won't have the fixed position

On another computer it worked. Day Night...
And that's been a lot worse off than the current computer.
I guess it has to do with the hardware somewhere.
We have an issue that ctrl-pgup/dn is used for switching tabs in some
places, and ctrl-tab in others. We need to resolve that for consistency
across all applications that offer tabs.

I have the same issue (on 64bit AMD) but using the same Belkin Wireless
G dongle on another machine (32bit Intel) gives no problems. Both were
fresh installations.
I will try installing the 32bit version of Oneiric now on my 64bit
machine to try to narrow it down.
