Panel has buggy fonts
I can confirm this issue (for the file provided) on 64-Bit Ubuntu. I get
the error message Read-Error. Error reading file. I can open the file
with abiword -- although I do not see any checkbox then (just the text
Test).

Sorry for the delay getting back. Well, the original problem is back
again. I have changed nothing whatever in the system configuration and
sheet-fed scans are returning blank pages. Flatbed on the same device
works perfectly.
I tried all the front-end scan mode selections and all are broken
Note that this is a lot easier to reproduce by opening dash and pressing
Ctrl-Alt-L
to lock the screen.

The reason this happens is that by default 'mnt' is the directory used
as pivotdir, where the old_root is placed during pivot_root(). After
that, everything under pivotdir is unmounted.
A workaround is to specify an alternate 'lxc.pivotdir' in the container

Hi, same issue for me on a french Ubuntu 12.04 (beta2 with latest

After scanning with my HP Photosmart C4472, I also get this Untitled
